Training and competition wax for excellent skating results. Hard wax suitable for low temperatures. Suitable for cross-country and alpine skiing. Weight: 180 grams. PS5 is the hardest wax in the PS series and is ideal for cold conditions due to its excellent wear resistance and grip on dry snow. Suitable for cross-country and alpine skiing. Although it is a cold weather wax, its melting point makes it easier to apply compared to many competing products without affecting the skating properties. Suitable for fresh snow, packed snow and artificial snow. Recommended application speed for skates or alpine skis is approximately 8-10 seconds. Once the wax has cooled to room temperature (10 minutes), it can be heated to extend its life. Apply the wax drop by drop, approximately every minute. A good wax melter is important for efficient melting of the wax. PS5 can only be used as a beginner wax or as a base wax. Recommended melting point: 150 °C. Replaces CH5X.
